Rick Meinking served nine years on Active Duty with the US Navy as an electrician. For the last 20 years he has turned his focus to “Taking Care of Buildings” During this time he has been a Maintenance Director for Building Management Company, a Maine School District, a commercial building enterprise and a long term care facility. He has completed many building energy audits on facility’s ranging from 2000 sq ft to 150,000 sq ft. Additionally , he regularly speaks at National & State Conferences on subjects like Energy Management Planning, Energy Accounting and Operations & Maintenance functions. He has been instrumental in helping organizations develop an Energy Management strategies.
